What items are personalised?

Items to be personalised with Postcode Option are t-shirt, cap and stubby cooler.

Can I order only one item out of the kit?

No, unfortunately you need to purchase the full kit which includes the cap, t-shirt and stubby holder.

How much does the kit cost?

$49.99 for the pack and $10 for postage, all inclusive of GST.

How do I place an order for personalised products?

To place an order for our personalised products, visit our products page and select the item you would like to purchase. You will then be prompted to enter your personalisation details, in this case your QLD postcode of your choice. Once you have entered your details, select the size you prefer, and proceed to the checkout to complete your purchase.

Can I get different personalisation on each item?

No, unfortunately all items in the order need to have the same personalisation.

How long does it take to receive personalised products?

The delivery time for personalised products can vary as it is custom made and the shipping location. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your pack. Within this time you will receive shipment and tracking notifications via email.

I still haven’t received my order after 4 weeks, who do I contact?

Can I return my personalised item?

Personalised products cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error in the customisation process. Before placing your order, be sure to review our return policy to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions.

How do I care for my personalised item?

  • Wash before wearing
  • Avoid dry cleaning a garment with heat applied graphics; most of them can’t withstand the harshness of dry cleaning.
  • Be sure to turn your garment inside out before washing it to protect the graphic/design from damages and abrasions as other items in the wash tend to rub together during cycle.
  • Because high temperatures tend to weaken the heat transfers, you’re always advised against using hot water to wash your garments; use warm or cold water instead.
  • Wash your fabric with mild detergents only; avoid using anything like whiteners, softeners, bleach, and any other aggressive cleaning solution.
  • The best way to dry such clothes is to hand them to dry. This greatly minimizes wrinkles and chances of damages.
  • Directly ironing on the heat transfer design will ruin your garment- by either burning the adhesive or melting the vinyl. If you must iron your garment, consider placing a dish towel or any other appropriate cloth over the transfer and use a low heat iron setting.

I don’t live in Queensland but want to order a kit, is this possible?

Yes, as long as the postcode you are wishing to personalise is a QLD postcode and delivery is to an Australian address.

The site shows my size t-shirt is out of stock, when will it become available?

Unfortunately this pack is limited stock so once stock is sold out, we wont be adding an addition stock. We recommend to go up one size if your shirt size is unavailable on the site.

What if my postcode does not appear?

Only QLD postcodes will be personalised. If your QLD postcode of choice does not appear in the drop down, please contact customer service and they can assist you.

Where and how can I check the status of my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. Once your pack has been personalised and shipped you will receive another email confirming your package is on its way along with a tracking number. If you would like to check your order status and you haven’t received a tracking number yet please contact our customer service team and they can assist you.

Can I post to an overseas address that isn’t in Australia?

No, unfortunately only shipment in Australia is available.

What payment method and terms apply? Is my online payment secure?

We accept secure payment via VISA, Mastercard or Amex.

We take security very seriously and have also made it a top priority. Your account will never be charged unless we have received confirmation from you to do so.

Your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 256-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 256-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.
